Widebodies carry passengers seven to ten abreast and are the long-haul fleet: the Boeing 747, 767, 777 and 787, the Airbus A300 family, A330, A350 and A380, the McDonnell Douglas DC-10 and MD-11, and the Ilyushin Il-86 and Il-96. Their size and comparatively small numbers make them the aircraft most spotters build a session around.
