blocked
Spotter slang for a photograph ruined by something in front of the subject — another aircraft, a ground vehicle, a light mast.
A blocked shot is the standard frustration of a busy apron: the aircraft you waited for finally moves and a catering truck parks in front of it. "Blocked in" is also used of an aircraft that cannot leave its stand until a neighbour moves.
This term does not auto-link inside captions: "blocked" is ordinary English, and a caption saying a road was blocked is not talking about photography.
